Excellent wines and food of the highest standard

The service and the atmosphere were excellent. When it comes to choosing a wine, you are given good advice and can try several varieties before deciding. The menu is small but nice and also offers seasonal delicacies. We liked it very much and the whole evening was a complete success.

Excellent, familiar and service that couldn't be better. We at Rosenheim are spoiled for choice when it comes to the choice of cafés! We have visited many cafes and have come to the conclusion that the dyer is just perfect, the cozy rooms, the stylish ambience, the good wines, cafes and the excellent dishes are second to none. Of course, what also plays a major role is the excellent service and the nice staff. We always like to come and look forward to having found our café here! See you soon Franz

I'm there 2-3 times a week. Very good Dinzler coffee and delicious cakes. Will also try the lunch table. Always very busy on weekends. Huge staff.

The Faerber is a very nice little café in a beautiful historical building. The cakes are very good here and especially the service is exceptionally courteous. An absolute recommendation in Rosenheim.

Finally there is a good restaurant in this beautiful, old building. Both for breakfast and dinner, we have visited the dyer so far and were never disappointed. In the evening on the first floor there is an ingenious, relaxed, private atmosphere. The menu changes daily in the evening, but there is high quality, honest food. A real recommendation!

Super nice café & deli with an innovative and modern concept. Such a shop was definitely missing in Rosenheim. Delicious breakfast - Breakfast burrito, hearty muffins, Bircher muesli and coconut yogurt are very fine. With the Açaí Bowl, I have to agree with the other reviews. It is more of a yogurt but still doesn't taste bad. The Buddha Bowl is awesome. Salmon was spot on and the sauce and other ingredients perfectly matched. Small point of criticism: You have to like self-service and it sometimes takes a long time at the counter. But otherwise everything is great and gladly again.

We were in the Färbers for the first time today and absolutely thrilled! Everything was very tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Service totally warm and friendly! We ordered different bowls, muffins, omelets and brownies for breakfast from Avocadotoast. Everything was really delicious and well presented. In the bowls there could have been a tick more ? We will definitely come back ??

Great breakfast food here and cakes. Good selection of drinks including some very good craft beers. Unfortunately no real offering of food apart from cakes outside of breakfast times. Very friendly and humble for German standards.
